Being a necromancer here myself (I see your comment is from 2 years ago), but I've just become interested in these fan edits, since I always thought it so sad how it went with the Hobbit films, I could always see there is a good movie hidden in there, but just too much cringey fillers, and at the same time important things left out.
excellent, all things considered. stakes & scale canât match LOTR, but nails world-building & sense of adventure that made those films work. given how production works on these things, it seems foolish to suggest that Jackson learned from the raw material of the first film (which, *woof*), but who knows. genuinely not responding to this on a curve, but it's his first film not to be at
